When can I expect to receive my order?
The shipping time provided on our website is a guide only and represents the time frame that 95% of orders are filled within. If you require drapes by a certain date, please contact us at service@unisolidcurtains.com to seek the time frame, and you might need to pay extra fee.
Once orders are shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to follow up with carrier. Fabric swatches and booklets are shipped with lead time 1-3 days. Customized curtains drapes are shipped with lead time about 15 days. Bamboo Shade Lead time 15-25 days. It might need your receive signature to ensure safe delivery.

"Worry-Free Purchase" service provides you with added peace of mind when shopping with us. This service ensures refund if your order does not arrive as described, including instances of loss or damage during transit. Please note that claims require material proof to be submitted.
1. How is the Worry-Free Purchase Service Charged?
● Applicable for all orders, the service charge about 2% of the merchandise value.
2. Coverage Details:
● Arrival delay: Claim for $5 if your domestic package is not delivered within 10 days since fulfillment (30 days for international package).
● Damage: Claim for up to the full value of your purchase if your items are damaged in transit.
● Loss: Claim for the full value of your purchase if your domestic package is not delivered before the 30th day since fulfillment (60th day for international package).
● Contact service@unisolidcurtains.com to easily resolve your package issues if any of the above happens.
3. Insurance Shipping
● Insurance takes effect when the order is shipped.
● You can cancel anytime by contacting service@unisolidcurtains.com.
● Once canceled, claims cannot be made.
Can I indicate certain carrier?
No, we select and decide carrier according to destination country, order package weight etc. We work with high reputation carrier to ensure smooth delivery. We own direct carrier account to make sure shipping service is expected. We provide door to door service.
Where can’t you ship to?
We only accept to ship to street, like office, home address. We can't ship order to military address. We can't ship order to military and PO Box address.
How do I track my order?
Once order was picked up by carrier, our system will send you email to advise carrier and tracking number. You may visit carrier offical website to monitor your package. You are able to work with carrier to make appointment of delivery time.
Can I change my shipping address after pick-up?
No, changing the address is not supported. Please ensure the shipping address before placing the order.
Do I need to pay any duties or VAT?
United States:
No extra charges. Your order arrives with all fees covered.
Outside the United States:
We cover duties and VAT in most regions.
However, in some countries, local customs may charge VAT or import fees based on local regulations. If applicable, these fees are the customer's responsibility.
We work to minimize any chances of unexpected fees and ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Please contact your local delivery service firstly if your packages tracking status are delivered, however you don't receive the package.
