Custom Curtains – FAQ
To order custom curtains, you only need your finished curtain width and finished curtain length.
For width, decide whether you want one panel or two panels, then choose the total finished width you need.
For length, measure from the curtain rod or track down to where you want the curtains to fall.

Yes. All of our curtains are custom made to order based on your selected size, fabric, lining, and header style.
Each order is made specifically for your space for a more tailored, polished fit.
Fullness refers to the amount of fabric used to create the curtain’s drape and pleated look. The higher the fullness, the richer and more luxurious the curtains will appear.
Our default fullness is:
- 2× fullness for most curtain styles
- 2.5× fullness for Triple Pleat, Goblet Pleat, and Ripple Fold
- 3× fullness for Pencil Pleat
If you would like a different fullness, please contact us before ordering.
Our curtains are usually sold as single panels unless otherwise specified.
If you need a pair, simply order two panels.

Yes. We highly recommend ordering fabric swatches before purchasing custom curtains.

Yes, adjustable pin hooks are included with most of styles,The hooks can adjust the curtain length by up to 3 inches.
Please note that curtain rings are not included unless otherwise specified.
