Sustainable Production

Our production facilities focus on reducing energy use and carbon emissions, minimizing waste, and implementing cleaner processes at every stage of manufacturing.

Our Materials

Linen

Linen is made from the flax plant, a blue-purple flowered plant that grows especially well in Northern Europe. It is one of the oldest, best-loved textiles in the world and has been used for centuries. The flax plant requires less water to cultivate than other textile crops like cotton, and can be grown without pesticides.

Organic Cotton

Organic cotton avoids the use of synthetic pesticides and fertilizers--and helps save freshwater resources as 80% of the land that produces organic cotton is located in predominantly rainfed areas. Organic practices can also reduce energy consumption by up to 30-70% per unit of land.

Ramie

Ramie fabric is a natural textile made from the bast fibers of the Boehmeria nivea plant. It has been used for thousands of years, with its origins traced back to ancient China, where it was valued for its natural luster and durability. Ramie has a long history in Asia, particularly in Japan and Korea, for high-quality textiles and garments. The valuable part of the plant is its bast fibers, which are found in the bark. These fibers are extracted trough a process called decortication, where the bark is stripped off, and the fibrous material is separated from the plant’s woody core.

Jute

Jute is a natural bast fiber with a long history in the Bengal region of India and Bangladesh, where it has been cultivated for thousands of years. Known for its soft sheen and sturdy texture, jute is biodegradable, renewable, and rich in cellulose and lignin—qualities that give it both textile-like softness and wood-like strength. Its earthy look and durable nature make it a popular choice for adding natural warmth and structure to home textiles and décor.

Sisal

Sisal fabric is made from the natural fibers of the sisal plant, known for their strength and distinctive texture. Harvested from mature leaves and carefully processed through cleaning, drying, and brushing, sisal offers a durable, organic feel that brings a refined, earthy character to home textiles. Its natural resilience and timeless look make it an ideal choice for adding structure and subtle texture to interior spaces.
