Return & Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
For all standard products (sample, curtain rods), orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the order is shipped. Once shipped, you will be advised of the tracking number.
For all made-to-order items
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
Orders cancelled after production begins can be cancelled, but we can only offer you a 50% refund of your order. Your order is not accepted to be cancelled once it was sent out.
Returns (if applicable)
Since custom products (drapes, shades) are made by our several workers and specially customized for you according to your preference, which cannot be applied to other customers, generally we don’t accept returns except for quality issues.
Each curtain is hand-checked for size, fabric, and finish before shipping. If there are quality issues like wrong size, wrong color and other issues due to our wrong product, please contact us in 15 days, we will remake new curtains for you, or modify the issues in another way to make you satisfied.
If your incorrectly measured your window/door and receive the curtains that don’t fit perfectly, just contact us and we will work with you to find the best solution to remedy. We could give you 20% off on purchasing a second set. (Only valid within 30 days after receiving your first order)
Can I Return?
Fabric swatches and sample booklets are not returnable.
Custom products (drapes, shades, custom-made tracks) are made to measure products. We can't accept returns if products are made matching your original order details.
Non-returnable/Non-refundable:
The following conditions do not qualify for return/refund for Ready-Made or Made-to-Order drapes.
● Misunderstood the image of the product.
● Items do not fit properly but were made accurately.
● Drapes are too heavy.
● Not the color you wanted.
● Change of mind / No longer wants it.
● Not the quality you wanted.
● Ordered the wrong item by mistake.
● Wrong size. Tolerance size within +/- 1 inch is treated as industry acceptable. The finished width of the drapery may be 1–3 inches wider than the selected width to help minimize light leakage along the bottom edge caused by the natural pull of gravity when the fabric is hanging.
● Order come later than expected.
● Customer is unable to sign for the package due to customer's own reasons.
● Item were ordered by mistake.
● Incorrect measurement.
● Color variation due to fabric dye lot that naturally occurs (reasonable color differences are allowed between the sample booklets and the finished drapery).
● Color variation due to adding a liner (compare lined drapes vs unlined).
● Color variation due to adding different liners to the same color curtain.
● Shading rate is not expected.
Shading Rate
We offer a variety of liner fabric options to achieve different levels of light control, including Privacy, Room Darkening, Blackout, and Thermal effects.
Please note that the perception of shading levels may vary from person to person and can be influenced by environmental factors such as lighting conditions and room layout.
Kindly understand that "shading rate" is not considered a product misdescription, as it is inherently subjective and may appear differently in real-life settings.
Color
Please note that color may appear different from online images due to variations in monitor settings, lighting conditions, and dye lots. We kindly ask you to keep this in mind when placing your order, as returns based on color differences are not accepted.
Due to the nature of fabric dyeing, reasonable color variation between the sample booklets and the final drapery is to be expected and considered normal.
Disputes & Chargebacks
Filing a dispute is often not the most efficient solution for either party. It may lead to significant delays, and your funds could be held by the bank for up to 90 days. We encourage you to reach out to us directly, as we are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly through open communication. Our mutual goal is to ensure a smooth experience and avoid unnecessary chargebacks.
Package Lost
For some reason, if your package is lost during transportation, we will contact the logistics as soon as possible to find your package. However, if it cannot be found, we will arrange for you to resend the order. Please know that we do not accept refunds in these cases.
Return Shipping Address
Once return request was approved, you will be provided with return shipping address by email.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@unisolidcurtains.com.
